Crafted by hand for nearly 30 years, the Matania pen stand has always kept the same values.

Every component in the crafting of our stands are either hand made or hand finished by British craftsman.

Brass - hand cut / rolled / polished.
Paper - khadi hand made cotton rag.
Calligraphy - pure art!
Crest and signature - hand painted.
Wooden boxes - individually crafted solid oak.
Foam protection - hand cut and coated.
Protective card closures - hand made.
Engraving - individually and by eye.
Leather - hand trimmed split calf skin.
Branding - individually with hand tools

It takes 10 months to produce a small quantity of stands, and although they can be similar, no two are exactly alike. That is why each stand has its own unique registration code, allowing the logging of ownership and tracking of guardians.
